Dolce E Rosa works very hard to make your online shopping experience and shipping seamless and pleasant. Our shipping policies are hereafter provided for your kind information and are within international standards parameters.

ORDERING METHODS

Ordering from our online store is very easy. You simply click “Add to Cart” for each item you wish to purchase, at that time, you will have the option to click “Continue Shopping” or “Check Out”. The “Continue Shopping” will allow you to continue browsing the online store and add more items to your cart. The “Check Out” will guide you through adding your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay or PayPal. Just chose your convenient way and proceed to use any of these easy payment options.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received are processed between 3 and 5 days, during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, weekend, or a holiday, the package will be processed the following Monday of the following week, depending on availability & holidays.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight and volume of your order, with multiple courier & delivery options locally and globally. Most deliveries take about 4 to 6 working days (North America, Scandinavia, Europe, Middle East, Arabian Gulf & Far East).

All orders within Canada are subject to applicable taxes and payable online at the check out.

All USA & International orders are subject to duties and taxes at destination state/country and payable by customer/receiver. All documents required for customs clearance are included in the package. Dolce E Rosa are not responsible for additional charges levied by the carrier at destination.

  • Orders value at USD 39.- and above (before taxes & shipping), are shipped FREE OF CHARGE within Canada.
  • Orders value at USD 59.- and above (before shipping), are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to the USA.
  • Orders value at USD 99.- and above (before shipping), are shipped FREE OF CHARGE internationally.

NOTE: All orders qualifying for free shipping are subject to Dolce E Rosa choice of courier used. Free shipping may take longer time for final delivery.

 

    ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

    After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package. You may copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking field on the carrier’s website.

    SALES TAX

    Canada
    The GST/HST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.

    USA & International
    There will be no customs duties or sales tax added to your purchase, however, customs duties & sales tax may be added by US/international customs, or by the chosen carrier. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Dolce E Rosa cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

     

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Due to the nature of our products, and in the best interest of public health, all products sold are final and non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

    All other forms of refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase. Once approved, Dolce E Rosa will process your refund same day, however, please note the period for your credit card company to process the refund to your account is completely under the credit card company control. This may take several days to show up on your credit card account.

    Shipping charges, duties, taxes and other charges are non-refundable.
